when I tried doing this in oct I was 257
Then I got down to 247, then back up to 251
Now i’m floating around 246-247
in just one week of exercise! I’ve been trying to eat clean , but not going as well has I would like.
Also bought a scale, I ge ton that thing everytime I was buy it owo
I like this rule.

yup yup planet fitness yesterday
worked out yesterday and twice today and omg I feel good!
