&lt;p&gt;Then I got down to 247, then back up to 251&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;in just one week of exercise! I&amp;#8217;ve been trying to eat clean , but not going as well has I would like.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I know what I need to do, but I just keep making excuses with why I shouldnt exercise.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;First its too hot, then its too dark, now its my bf wont go with me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m not depressed because I cant eat what I want, i&amp;#8217;m fine with eating healthy, i&amp;#8217;m mad with myself for letting another day go by that I dont get out there and do something!!&lt;/p&gt;
